I can fully attest to and confirm the truth of the statements made by everyone else on this site regarding the horrendous working conditions within this company. I, too, have been mislead and redirected in my pursuit of the perfect career (one that is both monetarily, ethically and emotionally rewarding) by these people.
I have just recently completed a very grueling training process to become a "Business Analyst". I've been on several assignments and have yet to get a "Go-Ahead". I'm not accustomed to this - I have a very strong sales background and have been a top perfomer/producer in my 3 previous career endeavors. Failure and "No" have never been an option for me in my mind.
I didn't realize I had such high moral standards until I began dealing with my SENEX. I have always been a team player, go-getter, company cheerleader, etc., but the things GSMI demands that you do to make a sale, recoup business related expenses, earn commissions, and, ultimately, drive their profits are entirely inexcusable.
