Georgetown VW service department claimed that I needed repairs to my car. I had no reason at the time to not trust them. So I agreed for them to proceed with the repairs. I asked very clearly if this repair will solve the problem. Tom Brown, the service manager said yes. Well I got the work done and a few days later, I got the engine light and I stopped into another Volkswagen dealership. The engine light is due to a problem that is directly resulting to the original repair done at Georgetown volkswagen. In fact the repair was incorrectly done which is the exact words of the other volkwagen dealership.

So I called Georgetown and spoke with Tom. He said he will look into it and call back. Guess what! No callback. Now my calls go directly into his voicemail

Did not properly repair vehicle resulting expensive damages. Tom Brown does not return phone calls to discuss situation. He is hiding!

There is no way a volkswagen dealer who specializes in their cars can accidentally botch basically a very simple repair. He is trying to make more business by damaging perfect working cars. STAY AWAY FROM THESE FOOLS!!!
