GA Auto Gallery located at 5384 Lawrenceville Hwy, Lilburn, GA 30047. This is the most unprofessional company that my husband and I have every had the pleasure of doing business with. When I first went to the lot the assure me that they do a 24-point inspection on all their cars and if we find anything wrong with the car they will fix before we take possession of the car. Has a good faith measure they want us to but down a portion of the down payment and have the remainder balance paid in two weeks when the car was ready. They day has finally arrived when and it is time for us to pick up the car and to our surprise and disappointment they had not completed any work on the car even thought there was a list of things that was noted that needed to be done.

Now the manager has asked us to give them another two weeks to have the car fax because she was not aware of the items that was on the list. Once again, I said okay while my husband was like let’s just get our money back and move on (At this point I should have just followed my husbands advice and moved on). Now it has been a whole month and we still don’t have a car. They finally called me and stated that everything was fixed and the owner will be there. Once we pick up the car they started showing us all the paperwork of all the things that they said was complete.

At this point the owner took some money off the total price of the car and he said that he will put in a new compressor for the A/C and they will bring it out to me. We have had the now for a couple of a months and they did not do anything that they said now when the car sit for longer than 2hours it doesn’t always come on. Can you imagine how frustrating it is not knowing that when you get in your car it may or may not start up. I finally decided to give the car back and cut me loses and deal with the consequences. Once again, my husband said that he doesn’t think it is a good idea and we need to go back and get the car.

They had the car exactly 3 days. When I pick, the car back up the back-wind shield wiper was broken, the removed the compressor (A/C unit) and the back bumper has a dent in it. When ask about it they stated that they didn’t do anything to the car and that was how they got it (they got it from my house, last time I checked people just don’t steal wind shield wipers and don’t dent your car and bring it back). We have a picture showing the wiper and no dent, but it was not them. Me and my husband does have challenging credit but we are in the process of trying to correct our situation. It does not mean that we must be grateful for any piece of crap that someone gives you. They are liars and ALL their cars are a piece of crap. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMTANCES DO ANY BUSINESS WITH GA AUTO GALLERY IN LAWRENCE GA.
