Georgia Natural Gas changed our introductory fixed rate plan to a monthly variable rate without notifying us. We paid a higher variable rate for many months. Georgia Natural Gas (GNG) would not adjust our bill. The service is horrible. Since Nov 2012, I counted 335 Georgia Public Service complaints regarding GNG poor service, pricing issues and deceptive marketing. This is nearly double the number of complaints compared to the next highest gas provider. I wish I knew this earlier. Do NOT do business with Georgia Natural Gas.
