Georgia Tax Appeals LLC False Advertising-Offered To Save 30% On Tax Property Tax Bill, Sued Me To Collect 90% Marietta Georgia

I was solicted by Georgia Tax Appeals LLC and their principal Dianne Wynne in order to save money on my property tax bill. They claimed that for a fee of $99, and 30% of the savings that they would appeal my property tax bill to the county and save me money.
Well they did their job, appealed the property tax bill to the county and saved me approximately $2500. Sounded great but when they sent me a bill they claimed I owed them $22oo as their fee. Using grade school math, that amouint is equal to 88% of the amount that they saved me, not 30%.
I contested this with them after sending them an initial paymeny of $1000 expecting a big reduction in my taxes of over $7000 based on their initial bill. well that wasn't the case.
Their answer is that they base this number on the "Estimated Tax Savings". Well that a total crock as what is an "Estimated Savings" mean? Who estimated?
So now they sued me for the balance from an nastyu small time attorney threatening to taker my house among other things as well as filing a bunch of phomny accusations. I am of course contesting this.
This is a total rip off in my opinion, mnisleading honest people. These are snake oil salemen at their best. Stay away!
