Gerald E. Moore & Associates, P.C. GEMA Harrassing phone calls, threatening garnishment, refusal to negotiate w/in my budget followed by lawsuit Smyrna - Atlanta Georgia
Received a lawsuit notice in 2012 in which I filed a response with the court. Then began receiving harrassing and threatening phone calls using wage garnishment as leverage. They refused to negotiate within my budget and filed another lawsuit. Current lawsuit pending.
