In October 2012 I talked with Mr Redmond about leasing a 2012 c250 mercedes, we agreed on a $4000 down payment, I told him I can payments of $2500 within 90day and at that point he would release the car and allow me to pay the balance of the down payment with the monthly payments of $699. I mailed him bank checks plus deposited money in his wifes account at his request because I refuse to send money to him via western union. This continues until the later part of december when i paid him a total of $2700. on Jan 9th 2013 he told me the vehicle would be delivered to me , it is now february 7, 2013, I have no car, have not heard or talked to him, I have canceled checks from account as proof, i even insured the car.
I know this was stupid of me but, I can not rewrite the past, but I can fix the future. I sacrifriced alot to send him that money. I will send the to local TV station

He scammed me too!
On September 17, 2012 Mr.Gerald Redmond and I agreed on purchase price, at which time Mr. Redmond
provided me with paperwork for the transfer of the Car. I signed all of the required
documents, and was informed by Mr. Gerald Redmond that PMG would be paying the Car
payments to Mercedes Benz Financial, during the transfer process for up to 60 days.
On September 19, 2012 Mr. Gerald Redmond scheduled an appointment at Beverly Hills Mercedes Benz to get the Car inspected and to arrange for pick up. I dropped the Car off at Beverly Hills Mercedes Benz.
On October 1, 2012 Mercedes Benz Financial I called inquiring about the due payment on the Car, stating that no payment had been made, as promised by PMG. I contacted Gerald Redmond, who informed me that everything was fine and that PMG was sending payment.
Gerald Redmond apologized for the payment not having been timely made.
On October 19, 2012, I received pay off confirmation of the full price purchase of the Car from Gerald Redmond. Mr. Swing
continued to attempt to contact Mr. Gerald Redmond after this date in regard to the time period for
payment, as well as confirmation of payment.
These communications took place over email and text message, at all times Gerald Redmond continued to communicate that PMG would be making payment. In fact, no payment was ever made by PMG to Mercedes
Benz Financial.
On November 9, 2012, Mr. Swing
received a communication from you via Facebook, informing me that you
are the owner of PMG infact was Gerald Redmond
On November 12, 2012 I informed Gerald Redmond that he was no longer
comfortable with the situation, and requested that his Car be returned, since
no payments had been made to Mercedes Benz Financial. You responded that you would look into the
situation, and take care of it.
Regardless, I continued to receive nothing but messages from
PMG, but no payments were made to Mercedes Benz Financial.
On November 28, 2012, I demanded that his Car be returned, as a result of the continued failure on the part of PMG to pay Mercedes Benz Financial for any payments on the vehicle.
I picked up my car from the airport valet, and noticed that the mileage on the vehicle was 4,000 miles higher than when the vehicle was taken from me. There was also damage to the custom rims, and the stock rims had been removed from the trunk.I drove to PMG, and found that it was closed down, and that it had been closed down for about 2 years. I contacted Gerald Redmond and Mr.Pacquiao, and both Gerald Redmond and Mr. Pacquiao accused each other of being a scam artist.
As a result of Gerald Redmond, and PMGs actions and failures to act, Mr. Swings (me) damages include, but are not limited to the following:
3 months of payments: $6,543.
Rear bumper damage cost: $850.
Front bumper damage cost: $750.
Rear rim damage cost: $1450.
AMG rims missing: $8500.
Im taking legal action for $45,000. and i just found out he is in jail for doing this same scam in Texas.
