Gersh Zavodnik has filed 134 lawsuits in Indiana naming people from outside Indiana, including several foreign countries. Search http://mycase.in.gov for his name under civil filings. He takes advantate of the fact that people cannot afford to travel to Indiana or hire legal counsel. He will claim that whatever you sold was defective or will even claim that he bought something from you when he didn't (he has no problem with lying). He'll sue for millions of dollars on the smallest of items. Also, Google his name and Indiana Court of Appeals or Indiana Supreme Court to see for youself. Avoid him and save yourself a large headache.
