Get Smooth Away Smooth Away is A ripoff! Pacoima California
I first ordered this item, and was charged $60.83 for it after you accept the offers for the free items, and then they charge $6.99 S7H for each free item. All came in one box. Inovice showed $34.97 for the product, and $25.96 for S/H!! I then went onto the website to check why it was so high, and I inadvertnetly placed another order. I tried cancelling the order using the form provided, but they replied back the next day that you have to call Smooth Away, but you must wait TWO business days for them to update their systems. Called on the 2nd business day, spoke to Robert, and the item was SHIPPED! I aske him how can you cancel an order if ti was shipped already! He told me to refuse the pkg whne I rec'd it. I will also be sending back the first order because IT DOES NOT WORK as stated. They also do not warn you that if you are diabetic, you should not use it. That info is in the Frequently Asked Questions section - not displayed as a warning on the website! I think they make their money off of the Shipping/Handling charges. But that's OK, if they do not refund all of the money, then I will dispute the charges with my credit card issuer since the item is not as described- in which case, you should be refunded IN FULL! This product is a crock!
