I so ordered from tvpast.com and also have had no response from the company since 5/2/08. I suggest you do as I did. File a report with the attorney general's office of your state consumer protection and like my state did they forwarded my complaint to the Virginia attorney generals office. The more complaints the get of theft and fraud concerning this company and all the names they use, the more they will help the consumers get their money back. I have been asking for a refund since 5/2/08 never got it. We all need to stick together as victims.
