This customer, did n ot follow instructions on his order sheets for damaged items in the mail ! All this information is clearrly written and emailed to ALL customers. All they had to do was to calle our main offiec at the warehouse and let them know what the problems was and it would have been replaced ASAP !! I no longer have this ebay store ! I had a lot of problems with both ebay & paypal that led to the closing of this store and many others as well ! But as for this customers problem all she has to do even still is call the main office the phone numbers is in all order information sent to her ! if she no longer has this info , she may email me direct for this information !! This Complaint Must be removed tho ! This is an untrue complaint !!! this item is insured for damage in shipping and is no problem to replace ! just take the right steps to do it ! I dont ship these items, they are all dropped shipped by the comapny that builds them ! and there has never been a damaged item that was not replaced after the customer phones into the main office. I have nothing to do with filling out forms for Fedex or ups, this is compleated at the warehouse main ofice ! Thank you for allowing me to respond to this problem And I dont like being lied about ! Thank you for your trouble.
