GHS Interactive Security A door salesman had promised us free television for life some kind of box that saves energy to sign up with ghs security the security system doesn't work half the time and we never got our television we want to cancel and they are telling us Woodland Hills California
My mother and I were approached by a door salesman who promised us free television service for life. He said we could get HBO and many other channels for free. They attached some kind of box to our homes and said this would save money on our Energy bill. and to have the security system put in. When the man arrived to put in the security system there was no explanation of any contract. Next thing I knew I was told to sign the paperwork online without even knowing this was a five-year contract I then redid the contract to 3 years and at this time called the company to cancel. Steve the salesman talked me out of it. My service on one door is already broken it doesn't work my mother and I have never gotten our free television service. My mother claims that she never signed a contract and they are telling her that she did. We want to cancel the service we are not happy with any of this their customer service is terrible and they are telling us that we cannot cancel. We want to cancel these contracts we are not happy with the service at all we were scammed.
