GieoVie Skincare KTI*MODERNSKINDELIGHT Used famous actress to promote a product that fraudulently charges your credit card $89.95 repeatedly. Refuses to give 100% refund. Vancouver British Columbia
I too was a victim of the FRAUDULENT activity GieoVie Skincare is actively involved in. I received MULTIPLE charges on my credit card after showing an interest in their product. The customer service representative offered a full refund to my card (after supposedly speaking to her supervisor), then later said it would only be 50%. When I told her I had been recording the phone call all along she put me on hold to speak to her supervisor again. She said her supervisor would not authorize more then 50& refund but she would go behind her supervisors back and give a 75% refund. When I mentioned she could get fired for going behind her supervisors back and going against company policy...she just laughed. These people are trained to discourage customers by saying it was in the TERMS AND AGREEMENT posted on the page. HOWEVER, there is NOT any terms and agreements listed on the page. You have to know to click on a separate webpage to find their HIDDEN TERMS AND AGREEMENTS. Being that their company is located in Canada it seems they don't have to follow the same laws as in the United States. If you stand strong to your rights as a consumer you might be able to get a refund, however it's VERY UNLIKELY.
