Gift4kidz ripoff Unreliable, dishonest! They owe me $258.49 and won't answer their phone, return e-mails or acknowledge faxes! Encinitas California
This is the worst Interent company I have ever dealt with. I simply wanted to order something for my boys for Christmas. The order came back much smaller than represented. I returned the box UNOPENED to them. They received it on Dec. 26, 2003.
It is now Jan. 10, 2004 and I have not seen my money and have no idea how to get it back. They owe me $258.49. They do not answer their phone and it does not work half the time. They NEVER return any e-mails messages. Their fax machine only works half the time and you never know if they got it because they don't let you know.
I just want my money back and don't know if I will ever see it since I cannot contact anyone at this company. I will NEVER be able to shop on the iternet again without having the fear of being ripped off as Gift4kidz has done!
