I purchased a decanter from Giftsforprofessionals.com an engraved glass decanter with the Marine Corps eblem.  They sent a plain glass decanter.  Initially they said I got what I paid for.  It took several emails and phone calls before they finally admitted they sent the wrong one.  They offered me 1/2 off $45.00 to keep the wrong one they sent. The plain glass decanter cost was around $24.00 -- so it was not a great deal.  I wanted the engraved one for my husband's 50th birthday.  Then after more than a week they promised my decanter was on the machine being engraved and they would ship it out with a return label for the wrong one.  After another week -- no decanter.  I emailed again and tried to call.  They do not answer their customer service line.  Then they said they refunded my AMEX card.  Initially they had not and it was not until I challenged the charge with AMEX they reimubiursed me $45.00 but not the $11.00 in shipping I was charged.  When I emailed them with the question "Am I going to get the decanter I orddered?" I received a one word email unsigned -- it said "NO"  ===  Avoid this company they have rude, horrible, and dishonest customer service.  I would not recommend this company to anyone.  I have finally received a partial refund but now I have to return the decanter with good faith they will refund the original shipping.
