After several failed attempts to resolve the issue with a customer service rep, I was able to resolve it completely with the owner. The owner (who just returned from medical leave) was very apologetic, and agreed to replace my flip-flops, and provide me with an extra pair for my troubles. I still love the Flip Flops from Girl Two doors down, so I am really happy we were able to reach an agreement.
