GIRL TWO DOORS DOWN SHOES $70 embellished flip flops with a no return/no repair policy Los Angeles Internet
I had a most unfortunate experience with purchasing two pairs of embellished flip flops from the maufacturer "Girl Two doors down" also labeled db flip flops. They caught my eye because of the rhinestone embellishment, so I invested $140.00 ($70.00 for each pair), for both a black and chocolate brown pair. After wearing the black pair once, the strap busted on it. After wearing the brown pair four times, the rhinstone flowers fell off. I contacted girl two doors down repeatedly, and of course they don't list a phone number on their website, only a contact us form. After my fourth email, they informed me that their policy is once worn, all sales are final. I explained that the policy they adhere to is very poor customer service, and that when poor workmanship effects the product the sell, they need to at minimum be prepared for covering repairs. The price they charge for embellished rubber is outrageous, and they do not back their product or care what happens to their customers- DO NOT PURCHASE THESE SANDLES!!!

After several failed attempts to resolve the issue with a customer service rep, I was able to resolve it completely with the owner. The owner (who just returned from medical leave) was very apologetic, and agreed to replace my flip-flops, and provide me with an extra pair for my troubles. I still love the Flip Flops from Girl Two doors down, so I am really happy we were able to reach an agreement.
