Mardix Faby Seba is his name on facebook. Givemebeats.net is a scam and a fraud. The policy of payment once the 50 dollar limit is reached is totally false. I have been attempting to contact mardix about my payment for months now. The site changes the payout date everytime so it looks like you are never scheduled to be paid. All phone calls and emails have been left unanswered. My last payment that came from the site was in dec 2010 and this was after talking with him on facebook regarding my payment. I have not been able to contact him about this janky site since. The site is a scam and poorly run. Im not looking to hear any more explanations except that my payment has came through. DO NOT UPLOAD BEATS on this site you will not be able to delete them so he can sell them at will and pay you when he feels like it.

I was making money for a while on there without that many problems till out of nowhere he stopped answering my calls also. i had over $300 i was not paid and when i started askin for my money hed give me reasons he couldnt send it. Finally after a month more I demanded he took my beats offline cause he was STILL makin money on them. a few days later he uploads a video on youtube with brand new $300 headphones... i wonder where he got that money from?! Do Not Register to this Site!

Okay lets be professional here guys. First off there is no way to be fraudulent with money on givemebeats.net at all. The only way is if you are BUYING the production. Troy is SELLING his production. It's funny how you can defend yourself on a big blogging website, but can't even pay out your producers. I know for a fact that you don't answer calls, return calls, respond to voicemails or messages or posts on twitter or facebook. I have no problem posting the screenshot of the constant month to month payout date changes that I've had for the last 4 1/2 months, emails I've sent and posts to your twitter account. The payout date rules do not make sense at all. Greater than or equal to the 15th of each month is not always the second weekend in the month! Go figure! I suggest to whoever is maintaining the website to start paying out myself and the producers. I don't think I've mentioned not only do I produce music on my down time, but I am in law school, and my brother is a lawyer.. Either be the best website like advertised or shut it down.

Mardix you have really showed me what type of business man and person you are first you try to slander me on twitter with an account obviously created by you and then you still refuse to pay my money owed to me. Its funny that you only get a chance to respond to this but all of everyones emails and calls are left unanswered.
Im sure you know this but its gone catch up to you what you are doing and when it comes down on you its gone be like nothing you've ever experienced. Holla at me when you got that check for me. stop cancelling my paypal requests and pay up. I promise you dont want to live this life Mardix Faby Seba

SHortly after th bad report given to Mardix here about givemebeats.net and beatcase.com He goes on twitter and creates and account with my name and spams everyone. Is this a business practice of an honest man or a con artist. All I can say is its going to be a problem for you buddy.

The reason you can respond on here and not on your site as well as calls and emails is beyond me sir and also you cancelled my paypal money request but I can never talk to you regarding my account. Thats rediculous you can find time to block me out of my account and also cancel my paypal request. Should I put the screen shot documentated pictures that I have of your wrong doing???? You are a thief and a liar and the karma that you have coming to you is greater than all the money you have been stealing from people. I appreciate the lesson learned from dealing with you. www.givemebeats.net and Beatcase.com is run by a fraud Mardix Faby Seba. Im going to send my little paypal money request once more and I would appreciate it if you paid money owed to me.

The user, Troy Lynch/ The Beat Boys, was a producer on the site for several months and always received payment for beats sold on the site.Recently he started to conduct some fraudukent activities on the site, and was redirecting users to his fraudulent and unsafe site. For the protection of the users of Givemebeats.net, we decided to suspend his account.
Givemebeats.net doesn't owe Troy Lynch/The Beat Boyz any money. We have records to show that we have paid him for all the beats sold on the website.
Givemebeats.net is a wonderful site for people to buy and sell beats online. We send out payment monthly to producers reaching at least $50. Some of the most talented producers online are selling their beats on Givemebeats.net and are receiving their payment monthly.
The website is under a new administration since October of 2010. And lots of people trust us and daily are selling and buying beats on there
