Glamour Beauty Cancelled but still charging my card! Florida

I ordered this trial product and paid $4.95 for shipping and handling. After receiving trial product, I called and cancelled any future products. They said they would email the confirmation # but I never received it. I got another shipment and my card was charged $89 + . Calling them was futile. "Casey" insisted that if I had called and cancelled, the computer would have generated a note that I called and would have generated a cancellation email to me. She was insistant that I never called to cancel and that she would cancel any furthet orders and send to me an email reflecting that. No email has arrived. I want my $$ back! It would be different if this product worked but it does not!
