I selected F-150 and got a tradein value on the 2009 DTS Of 13,000, which I thought was not enough,,so, I took it to the dealer next door for tradein value inspection. They said it needed 4,500 in repairs, got it steam cleaned to see the leaks, there were no leaks described in the 4,500, so I returned to jones ford whe e the gen mgr. thanked me for my service LICENSE PLATE,,then continued in a con job, after gaining my confidence, Reported the incident to Attorney General of Arizona. The next several months saw Brady jones write up a small book in defense of 16 elements of fraud. Then tried to settle on a single issue while agreeing to negotiate the others. This took the A. G. Off the case temporarily. Then jones reniged on negotiations. A. G. Suggested I sue them in superior court. I have seen 4 lawyers who make an appointment then cancel or see me for a few minutes for $ 250.00. Then I begin to experience all kind of Agression in Arizona, landlords, VA outpatient clinics, so I moved to texas and tried to get a lawyer. Cannot practice in Arizona, so made an appointment with another Arizona Lawyer. He said he he Jonses with 4 new car dealers in AZ were too powerful to fight without BIG BUCKS,,and even then I would be unlikely to win, just one person who got swindled by a car dealer. If your looking for a real ford dealer, there are some, like (((REDACTED))), but not JONES COST ME MORE THAN 20,000 in cash, unable to activate my business $$+ more Our laws have changed, common people are NOW the losers Jones need to be stopped
