Complaint Review: Glitz N Glam Bengals - Modesto California

Trina Stillian changed her cattery name from Glitz and Glam Bengals to Embers Bengals. She still has not paid me back for a kitten I never received.

I am sorry but it is now August if she wanted to make this right she had more then enough time. She never offered payments. She said she would refund in two weeks if not for sure by the end of April that is the only discussion that ever took place about refunding before I was blocked. She has not communicated or offered to pay anything back. She has my address, phone number, and email. If she was a good person she would have fixed it but never did. She KNOWS she is wrong. I have already sent papers to the courthouse against her and her husband.

I read your complaint against Glitz N Glam Bengals. I hope I can somehow offer a solution here. I did purchase a Bengal from this couple a little over a year ago. I could not have been happier. At that time, Trina, the owner, was away with family but her husband returned to meet me for the purchase of a Bengal of my choosing. I have still yet to meet Trina, but she has been there for me for any question possible and gladly indulges in all my pictures and brag stories of the Bengal I purchased from them. My understanding of your particular kitten is that it had FIP. I foster cats for a rescue group and this year has been horrible for FIP cases popping up. So many have been lost. I am not positive that is what your special baby had, but that is my understanding. I also understand from your post, you spent $2,400. Is that accurate?

That is a very hefty amount and I am sure you were heartbroken. I would be too. I believe the offer was made to refund your money, but maybe not all of it at once. I'm not really sure on that. I am just talking to you as one Bengal lover to another...what happened here is absolutely heartbreaking. I hope you can give Glitz N Glam an opportunity to make this right. When FIP strikes, there is nothing a human can do to save it. It comes on suddenly and it is certain death. My personal foster group that I foster for has suffered an unbearable amount of FIP this year. I'm here if you want to chit chat, just for support on how much this has hurt you. I feel so bad that you did not get your baby that you were dreaming of. That would kill me too.

Again, I have never even met Trina of Glitz N Glam, but she has always been here for me online. Maybe this can be worked out and you could give them a little bit of time to refund your money. My experience when I met her husband is that this is a very loving family dedicated to their children and pets and they are not rolling in the money if you get what I mean. No offense, Trina, I'm not rolling in it either. At least maybe you can try to start another conversation and give her the opportunity to make this right. I know she has a wonderful heart and doesn't want to hurt anyone or cheat them out of a loving Bengal. You both sound like really wonderful people.
