Although I applied for the refund they completely ignored me. I called Visa and had the money put back in my account. They made no attempt to contact me regarding the refund that is due. They now claim to the bank that we did not even bother to apply for the refund. They have made no attempt to resolve any of the complaints on the rip-off report site I notice. How the BBB and the BC government allow this company to continue operating is beyond me. The wheels of justice need to spin faster perhaps. My son still has the car and we are still paying storage insurance on it. So there is no doubt it was never sold. I don't usually insure cars I don't own??

I'm so sorry to hear you had a bad experience with GAR. I normall don't respond to items such as this, but they were so fantastic regarding customer service - and we were very happy with how fast they sold the boat this summer. Our neighbor received a check after unfortunately not selling her truck k- so hopefully better things are to come to you as well. Bless
