Global Autoshop does not appear to be a legitimate company! They claim they are in the USA. The US address they give is a strip mall where there is no store with their name on it. The US phone number they provide only takes messages which are never returned. They claim they are 'taking inventory' so the parts must be sent from Indonesia. As of this writing (2 months after our order was placed), they are still 'taking inventory'.
As another reported, they sent a bunch of sticky-backed plastic strips (chrome colored) and expect you to cut it to fit your vehicle. They sent skinny strips for a big front grill and they claim they are precut for a specific vehicle! Paid over $100 for nothing near acceptable for our vehicle.
They claim you're getting a 'grill kit' - you're not! They also state "styling parts" are non-returnable. We returned them anyway stating that they were not what we ordered and we disputed the charge on our VISA.
If you insist on ordering from them, use your VISA and have your dispute paperwork ready.

Here is my review. I hate to see a good company only gets a one side review.
You got to read the descriptions, it is clearly stated grill slats only. Howdy if you expect a grill replacement for that low price.
Shipping is also stated from Europe / Southeast asia distributor due to their warehouse re-inventory. All information is there already. got to take attention.
My story, I've received all the parts ordered, installed the grill kit per their installation manual on the 2015 Audi A5, it looks great.
Installed the front and rear strips, they also look great, make you wonder why Audi does not have this look.
Thank you for the quick response concerning my order being shipped. Their customer service is the best!
