I would be more than happy to do that, however that being said it is currently 9:45am eastern standard time on 2/20/2013 and I have called in twice and was calm and polite and respectfully requested to speak directly with a supervisor and was told the first time that they would give me a supervisor and then placed me on hold and then the phone when "click" and they hung up. I just called back in now and spoke to a representative who refused to do anything until I provided him all the information he requested and explained the situation, now I am on hold. It is now 9:59am and the representative is still keeping me on hold and is now telling me that the supervisors are too busy and it's too early. Now it is 10:09am EST and 7:09am Pacific and now at 10:15am eastern time 7:15am pacific the supervisor says that he cannot and will not do anything about this so how do you respond to this. It has been a week since the transaction was done and the merchant cancelled the incorrect charges of 22.53 x2 and told us it would take 24-72 hours to complete and that is 45+ dollars that is desperately needed as I need to be able to commute to work, unless of course that is you guys would enjoy paying for my welfare too along with the millions of other Americans on it.
