Global Cash Flow Network - Mary Gersten Mary Gersten Claimed to have sent full refund but never received. Tempe, Arizona
In Nov. 2007 I invested in an online internet business sponsored by Global Cash Flow Network. Monetary profit was to be quite high, thousands of dollars per week. I wasn't looking for large profit, a modest income would have been fine. Not one dime was made in profit.
Three months later I requested a full refund because of the lack of profit. I was told I had not done the business correctly and I had to follow strict guidelines for the next three months, if I wanted to qualify for a refund. I complied.
Three more months passed and I reapplied for my refund. I was told it would be forth coming. I received a letter saying that my refund had been process and to allow 3 to 5 days for it to be accredited to my credit card.
I continued to check my credit card. No refund. I called Global and they insisted they had refunded the money and that I would have to take it up with my credit card company. I said that I would put it in contest and they told me that I'd better not do that or I would be facing a lawsuit!
I put it in contest and was informed the time statute had run out. When I informed them of the fraud, they agreed to continue, if I could get a letter from Global stating that they had refunded the money. I complied and faxed the credit card company the requested letter. They said they would handle it from there.
So far, no action has been taken. No word from the credit card company. I have just
resubmitted my claim to have it investigated, so here we go again.
