This is in response to Global Cash Flow Network's response to my comments. I have addressed the comments as follows:
GCFN:
Let us help you...
On behalf of the Global Cash Flow Network Team I want to make sure your issues are resolved as soon as possible. First, I apologize that you seem to have not felt that we could come to a reasonable conclusion.
ME:
I dont seem to, I did and do not feel that we could come to a reasonable conclusion.
GCFN:
When someone gets started in our program, we are very clear in our promotional materials that there's no such thing as something for nothing and that our program isn't right for everyone and that if you were looking for a 'do nothing, sit back and get rich quick program' to look elsewhere because this is a real business training requiring dedication and commitment just like any other business. In fact, that's exactly why we make it clear in our terms and conditions that you agreed to when you applied for enrollment in our program and was a condition of you being selected for program participation.
ME:
I really dont feel that you are talking to me. I believe that you are writing in order to do damage control. You wish it to appear to others that this is just a case of someone who didnt want to follow instructions in order to accomplish the original goal. Thats fine. But tell me, does a person who sold their brand new $4,000, top-of-the-line musical equipment for $500 (the price for the guaranteed traffic program) in an effort to achieve success with your company sound like someone who didnt want to follow your instructions that would, hopefully render them successful and able to re-purchase what they sold and then some? In any business training requiring dedication and commitment just like any other business a student will likely need help and have questions. Did you not read my words? I was trying to follow instructions and needed help in doing so. That help is what I did not receive when I had questions. Instead I got run-arounds and finally insults. Too often I was told that someone would call me in such-in-such time...too often. No one called. This happened so much that I accepted reality---. I wasnt going to get the help. I read the information in the notebooks and when I needed help with it, I DIDNT GET IT.
GCFN:
Part of those terms are that you agree to give the business a full 1 year trial because there's a learning curve in any new business - and to remove the risk for you, we went over and above the call of duty by going on record to promise that if you did give the business a try for 1 full year, go through the learning curve necessary that if you hadn't made all of your money back from the start up cost of the initial program, we would be happy to refund you the difference of what you made vs. what you paid.
ME:
That is a very astute policy--- try it for one year and if it doesnt work Im sure your policy-makers did the math. How many people would go a full year not getting the assistance that they were led to believe would be there for them from start to finish. Of course, I they walk away, they leave the money they spent.
GCFN:
Please be aware that most businesses take 5 years to break even. 98% of all businesses fail for one of several reasons. In Mary Gersten's report, she discusses the 5 Major Areas of business and why most fail and why only a small amount ever succeed.
Our goal is to make sure as a client you're not part of the 98%. We provide the tools and the support, however the client has to do their part too because zero multiplied by any number we provide is still going to come up as zero.
ME:
As I said in the first place, I was very much taken with Mary Gerstens words. I hope youre hearing mine. I didnt get the support. I guess for Global Cash Flow Network, the notebooks and the one-time talk with a coach comprises the tools and the support. This letter of yours seems so generic. It doesnt address the specifics of my situation. It is a broad coverage.
GCFN:
The beauty of the Internet is that you probably won't have to wait 5 years for the chance to break even. We have clients who are getting results, and although you may not be getting results yet, it doesn't mean that the business doesn't work. We put the safeguards of our 1 year policy in place as a safeguard for our clients so they can feel good about their decision and at the same time be encouraged to take the necessary steps it takes to go through the business learning curve, stay the course committed to their own success, and mastery the media placement skills necessary.
ME:
Again, that is a very astute policy.
GCFN:
All of this is to say that we're 100% confident that we've gone above and beyond the call of duty to put together a certification and training program that so long as the participant is committed to making it work, the only way that someone will fail in our business is if they quit.
ME:
I was so excited about becoming trained and certified as a Media Placement Specialist. Im sure youve gone above and beyond your call of duty. If youre just trying to make money on people, keep doing what youre doing. You doing your duty. But, on the other hand
GCFN:
It's apparent, that you're serious about your business otherwise, you wouldn't have taken the time to post here.
ME:
You are correct. I am serious.
GCFN:
I recognize that - and I would say if we take the passion and seriousness and then apply it towards the actual things that can assist you in building your media placement business model to a profitable level, I think your initial frustrations will turn to satisfaction as you realize the benefits of using the entire 'Traffic System' and understand the true power and support we offer and really provide you.
Please contact our office at 1-800-719-8270 (Monday through Friday - 9am to 5pm Arizona time) and one of our specialists can help walk you through several of the pieces of the Traffic System discussed above so we can help.
ME:
I called that number so much that I knew it by heart. I repeat: when I needed help, I DIDNT GET IT. You started your words with Let us help you... I really tried hard to get your help.
GCFN:
We'd also ask that you direct your questions there as it's the best way for us to support you.
On behalf of Global Cash Flow Network, we look forward to helping your reach your goals.
ME:
I expect nothing at all from GCFN. I am not fighting you for money back or anything. In fact, the only reason that I posted is that while searching around for other things, I ran into the someone elses post about Mary Gersten. I decided that I would at least tell my story. I have not lied in the least little bit. Im sure that doesnt matter.
Remember, I am not trying to fix anything anymore with Global Cash Flow Network. GCFN has shown me without a doubt that it is not going to help me, but rather inform that Im not succeeding with the company because I dont want to follow instructions, dont want to go through learning curves, Etc..
FYI, I am now with a company that gives support and training like nobodys business. I now put $3,000 to $5,000 in the bank at least twice a month and sometimes more. I am on my way to doing much more. I was on the phone with my sponsor yesterday for over 45 minutes. We talked on Skype while my new sign-up sat with me and learned. This new sign-up is on fire. Hes on his way to my house within the hour to continue a marketing plan we are partnering on. He just signed up and has already gotten $3,000.
I will definitely not be calling GCFN to go through whatever again.
That being said, I hold no grudge (especially the movie type) against Global Cash Flow Network. It was a learning experience--- to the tune of just under $5,000. Still, no grudge... Im making good, honest money by helping others make money. Im very thankful for all my experiences, tall and short.
Be successful.

All of this is to say that we're 100% confident that we've gone above and beyond the call of duty to put together a certification and training program that so long as the participant is committed to making it work, the only way that someone will fail in our business is if they quit.
It's apparent, that you're serious about your business otherwise, you wouldn't have taken the time to post here.
We'd also ask that you direct your questions there as it's the best way for us to support you.
On behalf of Global Cash Flow Network, we look forward to helping your reach your goals.
Sincerely,
