I have seen your response here and want to let you know that I take this very seriously. We will make sure to come up with a resolution for you...
First, I apologize that you seem to have not gotten a response from our support team. I am having one of our staff contact you immediately (and may have done so already) to help resolve your concerns.
If you are not available, please feel free to call us between 9 am to 5 pm Arizona time at our main number 1-800--719-8270.
I did take notice of your records and noticed that you have spoken to several of our reps here on 9 different call ins. Now I will admit at the time, several of them were new (because we're growing). Some people would consider it good that they can reach support staff at all...
... and although I'm not happy that they apparently didn't answer your questions to your satisfaction, I am confident in what we do to support our clients and we are committed to grow and get better all the time.
Regarding your other statements especially the address issue. This one has certainly been an interesting one as of late. Originally we had put the physical location of our office on the site, however, we had an influx of people who started showing up unannounced... It was causing chaos, interuptions and delays in our ability to help our clients. Not to mention, a few interesting people showed up and my staff were very uncomfortable by their nature.
And, especially as we continue to grow, I don't want to let anything get in the way of supporting our clients.
I made a decision to put our clients and safety of our staff first and now have our mailing address listed. I hope that you can appreciate that...
In response to your sites not working - I have just checked your sites and they appear to be working fine. If you find they are not, please let us know by calling our office asap.
Regarding your statement about the advertising and being ignored...
By the very nature of Internet advertising, the advertising takes 30 days to really start to gain momentum. Your order date for the Advertising and Internet Media Placement was on 9/12. Your visitors will trickle in the beginning and start to pick up at around the 30 day mark.
Last, I want to make sure I've got correct information regarding being ignored. It seems that your last conversation was on September 29th. It seems our staff satisifed your questions and you agreed to keep the business and advertising.
If my notes are not accurate, please let me/us know...
I am hands on and care about all of our client experiences, so I hope this answers your concerns. Again, if there is anything we can help with, please contact our office.
