Global Concept Enterprise planet power saver false advertising; lies; theft from senior St. Laurent, Quebec
Iwas contacted by Neil Johnson of Global Concept Enterprise to purchase a Hydro Power device at a special price of $199.00 but charged me $200.00. I was to receive it in 3 days. After a month I tried to do a dispute thru my credit card but they told meI had to receive the product first & try it out to see if it performed properly.
I finally received it & tried it for a month. There was no benefit on my power bill, so I phoned Neil Johnson to cancel the deal. He told me to plug it in close to the refrigerator for another month. If it still was not satisfactory, he guaranteed a refund.
It still showed no benefit, in fact my frost free refrigerator frosted up & I had to pay for a repair man to see what was wrong.
I returned the device & have proof that they received it. Every time I phone to see when I would get my refund, they tell me in a few days, & months later I still do not have it. They actually tried to get me to purchase another one for $400.00 because it would be better!!!
They will not allow me to speak to Neil Johnson. who had promised the refund & finally would not even answer my calls.
