Global Financial ripoff scam debited my savings account for a credit card I have not received Atlanta Georgia
I paid 221.95 for a credit card that was suppose to be sent to me 3-5 business days from when the money was debited from my account on February 21, 2003.
I have called the company numerous times getting either the run around, kept on hold for a lengthy amount of time and have even spoke with 3 different ladies speaking to one as of the date of this complaint (4-14-03) Today I was told by Patrice that I couldn't cancel my card or expect a refund until I at least receive the card and welcome package.
I informed her that I wanted a full refund and if I was going to receive a credit card or package I should have received it by now!!!Needless to say she claims there is nothing she could do until I got the package. I am hoping you can help me get this situation resolved with me at least getting a full refund of my money.
My friend applied for the same card and she has not received anything yet. This company is a scam and I would like to see something done about them!!!!
