Company then charged 2 lots of payment £79.97 and £94.97 to my debit card for failing to cancel within 14 days. Clearwater Florida Internet
I responded to an internet pop up offering a discount on dietary products, Green Coffee and Ketone. There was no mention that this was a monthly contract or that there was a 14 day cancellation policy. Subsequently I was billed for £79.97 and £94.97 for the product on day 14. I contacted the company to cancell and ask for a refund, which they refused. As far as I'm concerned this is fraud.
