I sent Global Inet a check for $979.00 attentioned to Amy Souza. It took them 3-4 days to activate my account. After being promised 3 different times that leads customized to my filters would be available in a couple of hours I decided to get my money back.

I was getting absolutely no hits to my filters as promised and I wanted a refund. I spoke to customer service and they could not help me. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that there wasn't one available. I was told that it was too bad for me and I wasn't getting my money back.

I was mocked, taunted, insulted, and given the run-around by the following people:

1. Darlene Forrest

2. Customer Service

3. CEO Steve Blisko

Steve Blisko, CEO of Global Inet called me and I was telling him the situation and he repeadly told me that it was his money and he wasn't giving it back. I told him he had to deliver what I paid for- LEADS! He said that he couldnt help me and that I had agreed to a contract I never signed for.

I have been ripped off BIGTIME by these people and they will not give me leads or my money. I basically just payed their Mercedes payment for the month of May.

I am taking them to court to sue for my money and punitive damages. I want to do a class-action suit as well. These guys are CROOKS and don't deliver what they promise.

After speaking to Lisa at customer service the issue has been resolved. I am getting a full refund for $979.00. I appreciate the steps Lisa has taken to rectify the situation. The check will be sent to me and i will post another update when I receive the check. I hold nothing else against Global Inet and they have made the whole thing correct.

YOU WILL FIND MY OWN COMPLAINT ON THIS COMPANY, BUT I AM AMAZED AT THE SIMILAR TACTICS TO BLOW OF THE GENTLEMAN'S ABOVE COMPLAINT. THIS COMPANY HAS A BAD BBB RECORD, AND USED TO BE A WEB DESIGN COMPANY. I ALSO HAVE ASKED FOR A REFUND ON THE $1,350 DOLLARS WE SENT, ONLY TO LEARN THE LEADS ARE NOT VERIFIED AS THEY SAY, NO LEADS MEET OUR CRITERIA, AND THEY REFUSE TO RESPOND OR CALL ME.THEY'LL REFUSE YOUR REFUND BASED ON TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT YOU DON'T GET TO SEE UNTIL THEY CASH YOUR CHECK.THIS COMPANY ALSO ACCUSED ME OF BEING "ABUSIVE", WHICH IS A JOKE. CONSUMERS ARE BEING ABUSED AND IGNORED, NOT TO MENTION RIPPED OFF BY THIS LOUSY COMPANY.

I was a past employee for this company, and I must agree that the owner of Global Inet is a very "unsavory fellow" from New York City. His staff managers were rude and wicked to their employees!!! I would recommend customers NOT do any business with Global Inet under any circumstances, as they are a very small company that does not a have a leg to stand on!!!

I think Mr. Blisko really does care what I write here because according to our conversation he said he didn't give 2 cents about what I wrote on ripoffreport.com To this day I have not received one lead that matches my filters. Mr. Blisko claims that there have been HUNDREDS of leads that match my filters and that I have chosen to not take advantage of them. How is that when I have not even gotten an e-mail from their "system" indicating matches? I just got off the phone with Elizabeth from customer service and she told me that it's been "hard" getting refi leads, so how could there be hundreds of them according to Mr. Blisko? I did not threaten anyone and Darlene Forresst was the one that mocked me and said it was "her money now". How is it that Global Inet claims to have relations and partnerships with yahoo, google, msn, aol, cnn, businessweek.com, business.com, and own 200 other websites that generate more than 10 million hits per month, but cannot provide me with one solid lead? According to their FAQs', thats what it states. As for the leads that Blisko claimed matched my filters, they were only 3 that actually didnt match, and that was with wildcards for all options in the WHOLE STATE OF CALIFORNIA. Here's the deal i presented: I either get my leads and get what I paid for or my money back. They don't want to give me a refund or provide me with the leads I PAID FOR. So I have the paperwork filled out for a CIVIL SUIT for my $979.00, court fees, LOST COMMISSIONS, + PUNITIVE DAMAGES! I'm doing my homework Mr. Blisko, I would refund the money and save myself the headache. You must really must be a MONEYMONGER

Mr. Alesna has mistated the facts. He knew in advance that check payments require 3-5 business days to activate as that is the typical time for a check to clear. He checked before the days upload was done. There were 3 that met his criteria that day at that time. He lost his temper and control. He cursed at her throughout the conversation. He threatened by saying "she didn't know who she was dealing with" and he would fly here and deal with her personally". He said the same to the CEO. Mr. Alesna recevied a call from the C.E.O. of the company in an effort to discover what could have made him explode like that. He proceeded to do the same to the CEO without provication. At NO time did the CEO ever state that the money was now "his" or "ours". The company has been in business for 11 years. Since Mr. Alesna's call on 4/20/2005 there have been many hundreds of leads that met his criteria in the system which he has not taken advantage of. His leads are available as flow allows and for which he has access to daily.
