I took someones advice and e-mailed [email protected] and got a response. i requested a refund on my credit card, but Derek suggested he would investigate where my package is at with usps & customs. In his defence he also claims he sends millions of packages a week so that the amount of complaints that appear on this site are relatively small as a percentage to total satisfied customers. on the other hand i really wonder how many people are disatisfied and do not lodge a complaint and simply cop the loss on the chin.
