Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I had inquired about a home business. Global Net Warehouse contacted us and told us about a quick and easy way fo us to make some additional income with sell products over the internet.

We would not have to buy any products or do any shipping or handling. It would only be $399 for the web site and $20.00 monthly maintence fee, which turned out to be $59.99. And we are stuck with the contract.

Then the coach contact us he gave us a two hour lecture on how the business worked and then tried to get us to put $10,000 on our charge card to market the products. We told them NO we were not satified with the web site or products and did not want to invest anymore money.

Now we have been getting poor unsellable or over priced products ever since. Look for you self at

Don't fall for this rip-off.

I totally agree with Kathleen. They are rips-off artists. They did the same thing to me. They promised this and promised that. They promised me 2,000 to 4,000 a month if I joined. So I did. Well guess what - I did what they said. I even mailed out those stupid flyers at my own expense. After I fought them with my credit card company- when I discovered that there was no website they went and posted it. This was after I filed a dispute. After they won the dispute, only I believe because they could then at that point that the website was there, they then made it so I could not access anything the account. Says the account is closed. And get this the website is still out there. Globalnetwarehouse are liars and theives and the public needs to be educated against crooks of this sort. Especially after they "GUARANTEE" their services. Huh - what services. At 10,000 a crack you think they could afford to have someone there to pick up the phone! They GUARANTEE NOTHING!

You got my money and took me for a ride. Now I am sick of you and your company. All I wanted you to do was shut my web site down and stop charging me a servicing fee every month. I really never expected to get my money back. As you can see it is more trouble than it is worth. Also, I lowered my profit margin as low as I could get it, but what you failed to report is that your system automatically raises the profit margin and changes your products every week. PLEASE, LET ME MAKE MYSELF CLEAR. I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR COMPANY EVER AGAIN. PLEASE REMOVE ME, TAKE ME OFF YOUR CALLING LIST AND STOP CHARGING ME. I WILL BE HAPPY WITH THAT! I HAVE ALREADY CHALKED UP INVESTMENT AS A LEARNING EXPERIENCE!

Ladies & Gentlemen: To update my earlier rebuttal to Kathleen. 1. You did not spend ANY money on advertising, so please stop alluding that you spent $10,000. 2. Stop publishing that we sell adult products. We have never, nor will we ever, sell adult products as you stated in your report, which is a lie. That makes you a liar. 3. You have done nothing with your business, which is why it has gone no where. 4. Mark your prices down if you don't like the price (you sound beginning to sound like a broken record or an idiot savant). The mark up is UP TO 150%. Kathleen, don't set all the prices at 150%; drop them to 20% or less. Bottom line is this customer defamed Global Net Warehouse by publishing on this web site that our company sells adult products, which we do not (nor have we ever offered that product line). I contacted Kathleen and told her if she got back on this reprot and refuted her defamation of our company, not only would we not pursue potential civil charges for slander and defamation of character, but we would refund Kathleen her $399 (though we are not obligated to do until after 12 months). Kathleen did not comply and we did not refund her the money. Any intelligent readers of this report will agree that Kathleen's report is bogus and not worthy of further rebullals. No Refund ...

#8Author of original report

I get calls saying that I will get my money back only if I retract my comments. This thing has been one big mistake. Yes I would like to get a refund. I never made a penny off of it. Yes I want the nightly calls to stop. But it looks like it not going to happen. I am not going to say I am satified until I get all of my money back. So, will all who think this business is o great, please go to my web site and buy anything, so I can get some on my investment back. I am retired and every penny counts. I was only trying to earn a few extra dollars.

IT WAS YOUR SALES REP THAT CALL US ...

It was your sales rep that call us to buy this package...Why did he offer the $10,000 advertising package ... because he said that is what it would take to get this business to start making any sales and it might take a year before we would even see a profit. The first salls person that we spoke to said it would only take about half-hour maintenance a month and pay a $20 admin fee and that is all. THAT IS WHY WE WERE INTERESTED ... WE DID EXPECT TO MAKE MILLIONS OF DOLLARS NOR DID WE EXPECT IT WAS GOING TO TAKE SO MUCH TIME. WE JUST WANT OUR MONEY BACK.

NOT SO USER FRIENDLY!!!

#14REBUTTAL Individual responds

Sat, November 12, 2005

The products are priced at 150% above cost. I reset my profit margin to just 10% above cost...which was still higher than you could find the very same products at Wal-Mart, Target and even the local Dollar Store! I placed adds in the newspapers, marketing guides and sent out flyers ... still not sale. The program resets with the products that are selling the most, so I am told... Weapons and sex items, really? Well, I prefer not to sell these items. So I deleted items and replaced them with other things such as clothes, household items, pet supplies. This process took hours. And then the program resets and I am back to weapons again. Just how many people buy swords anyhow? Oh, and by the way, I now have another web site which is updated for me and is very easy to use and there is no extra advertising cost and it was only $199 and is first class all the way. I just want my money back... nother more.

This business is sold for only 399.00 if you look into the cost to build a site that would be about 3000.00, then you need to get contracted with a warehouse that is willing to provide you with products. The contract would likely include monthly payments and minimun sales quotas. Global net warehouse also provides the client with a merchant account included. I find it hard to belive that the client thought they can make money without advertising because i was clearly shown that a business needs to be advertised. Its common sense. Global net warehouse has many advertising packages why would she only have the option to spend 10,000???

An Internet Business Isn't For Everyone!!!

#17UPDATE Employee

Wed, October 26, 2005

To Whom It May Concern: I read this recent entry about Global Net Warehouse and felt compelled to respond. First, we serve a wide demographic audience. Global Net Warehouse does not discriminate who we allow to sign up with the business, so we serve clients of varying education, business background, and committment level. Some people who start business ventures lack any proper education and background in business. There are a few of those who really believe an internet based business is a magic money tree...plant it in the ground and hundred dollar bills will fill the branches. Real business doesn't work like that. This client complained that her name brand products on the web site are over priced. The products have a 150% mark up. If this client had read her materials and emails, she would be aware that it is up to her to set her own pricing. If the prices are too high, mark them down. The client needs to go to her control panel and learn how her web site works. If a client is not satisfied with how their site looks, it is up to the customer to change that. The control panel so user friendly that a 10 year old could navigate it. All web sites are 100 percent customizable within the existing program. There are many templates to chose from. When a client first purchases a web site through Global Net Warehouse, paperwork is sent out UPS. The client is not considered active until we receive a signed invoice. On the invoice, it clearly states the hosting of the web site. If this client had a problem with the hosting, she only needed to call customer service for a correction and a new invoice. Obviously, this was not done. Even after a client's invoice is signed, if there is inaccurate hosting information, we would correct it on our end. This takes a simple call to our customer service department. Furthermore, this client did not spend ANY money on advertising, let alone $10,000. Any business needs proper marketing, whether it be through business cards, fliers, door hangers, classified ads, search engine submissions, guaranteed internet visitors, or direct mail. Some people advertise their web sites through Global Net Warehouse, some go to other internet advertising companies, some do their own advertising, while others don't advertise at all. Whatever marketing a client prefers, it's up to the client. Again, our company deals with a diverse population of clients. Some people don't have a clue. That's why we provide a marketing coach. My recommendation to this client is to call back the advertising department and set up the program that was suggested by her coach, but spend an amount on advertising that is comfortable. I urge this client to go back to the control panel on her web site and make those changes she was complaining about. Furthermore, if this or any other client has concerns about their role with advertising or changing aspects of their site, they can call me directly for clarification. Global Net Warehouse stives for 100% customer satisfaction for all products and services sold, which is why we offer a 12 month money back guarantee. Sincerely, Michael Allen, General Manager Global Net Warehouse
