Global Net Ripoff Name of Person: rachel ripoff,lie, di-honest, very persuasive wrong information, twisting everything around, giving me dates to pay when no dates were included, pushing me to give them money even though no service has been given to me Los Angeles California
Rachel was very persuasive towards me signing the contract that she did not even explain to me. I told her that I had money trouble and would not be able to give it to her so I was going to change my mind, until she said if I give her 100.00 I can pay her when ever I get the money but to try to get before next year starts so I can get jobs.
So I did sign, I know that is my fault but she never gave me a date on when to make the payment, I deliberatly told her that I did not have the money and it would take me a while to get the rest. She was charging me 500.00 just for pics and flyers. So that left me with 400.00 to pay her back. Now she wont stop calling me threatning that it will go into collections.But I don't understand how she can send it to the collections if I dont have a date for the payment and I still haven't tooken the pictures, I havent recieved any service from them.
Also instead of the company letting me choose my own photographer that I have and just using those pictures for them, they won't allow it because supposedly the photographer is already on wait, but how can he be on wait if there is no date for the photos? obviously they're not in it for the talent but for the money. I know that its just not me who had to go through this with them thats why I'm reporting it. Please help me! They are just taking advantage of their clients and for me 500.00 is alot of money to invest in a scam.
