To john why should I be afraid to expose what global did. I have not lied but businesses & employer's do not like you to report them to this site, they do not want to be exposed. I do not care if you or anyone else doesn't believe me. You are posting lies about me in my complaint trying to twist my word's, people have the right to be wistleblower's I wistleblowed on global's wrong doing's. Why should I be afraid to file a complaint I know I have not lied, of course john I have seen you in other people's complaint's harassing & telling other people they do not have valid complaint's. I have not slandered global. I should be able to bring a lawsuit agaisnt global for all the suffering & mental anguise they put me threw also my mother bringing a lawsuit for discrinmantion & slander.

Progressive finally paid up Progressive, finally paid up after we took them to court 08/2005, but only after we told progressive how unfairly the judge treated us, the judge personally knew the insured driver this is conflict of interest the judge should had excused himself from the case. But, with all the corruption going on I didn't except the judge to rule for me, the adjuster for progressive & the insured & there lawyer provided false evidence they lied about me. So, after two years from the date of the accident of putting me threw hell I had to be talked down to from progressive lawyer he was an idiot. Progressive, paid off my car loan later that. I, can see why everyone hates progressive they wrongfully blame the wrong person. I, didn't deserve this there insured caused this accident totaled my car the only reason why they got out of trouble, was because they where friend's with the judge this Is conflict of interest & the judge could have gotten fired & he knew the wrong he done. But, these judge's get away with doing this cause they have to much power!." Not only do you lie about your name thinking you are going to fool people, but that post states the Progressive DID INDEED PAY YOU IN 2005. WELL BEFORE ANY OF THESE FRAUDULENT REPORTS WERE MADE! AND YOU CONTINUED TO INSIST THAT THEY SOMEHOW STILL OWED YOU THE MONEY AFTER YOU HAD ALLEGEDLY BEEN PAID! So, which is the lie? The lawsuit? I believe that would be as you can't even pay your bills-how are you going to afford a lawyer? All the other fraudulent reports? They would have to be if you actually got paid before they were submitted well after the actual settlement. Or both? My money is on both and you just need your attention when your mommy leaves you home alone.

I am not abusing this system. I posted under the wrong categorie. Also why should I be afraid to report global & there wrong doing they done to my mother I have not lied in this report. I don't care about them they sure never have treated the black employee's the way they treated my mother it's cause my mother is white & global gave all the work to the black worker's, so this is discrinmantion. My mother will never work for another agencie again. My fahter did not do what he was suppose to help raise me my mother had to do it. And how my mother's employer's & co-worker's treated her & my mother I have had to suffer also. I did not have everything I needed. But when global treated my mother the way they did I had it, that is why I wrote this complaint with them giving my mother a hardtime not letting her work over the year's I to had to suffer. My father & mother both devorced in 1989 so she decided to go to nursing school to support me, but if she knew then what she know's know she would have never considered nursing. I had to suffer like all the other kid's out there. It, has been like this all my life but global doesn't care they have there bread & butter. When employer's treat there employee's like this it alway's come's back to them when it does I will laugh @ them for all the hardtime's they & my father put me threw!.

Charles, First, congratulations for taking almost 2 YEARS! to reply to my post. Second, I did not say you are lying. I simply asked why you were abusing the system by posting multiple reports regarding the same company and situation. What I mean is, on 3/26/06 you posted the original report about Global Personnel - Tammy Dukes here: http://ripoffreport.com/reports/0/183/RipOff0183369.htm Then you posted THIS report 2 months later on 5/30/06 with the exact same information. Why make two separate reports? By creating multiple reports, it looks like more than one person had an issue with this company, when in fact it is still the same report about how your mother had an issue with them. Which brings up another point. Stop posting reports on your mother's behalf. She's obviously a grown woman. Let her file her own complaints.

This is to patrick you say me & my mother can't get along. It's my mother's co-worker's & her employer's who refuse to get along with her, my mother get's along with her co-worker's & her employer. I am not worried people say that nobody would hire my mother because of this report, my mother had 3 job's sense global. But recently she got hurt bad @ work she fell & her hurt knee & is unable to work @ the moment. But, she is being paid still workmen's comp they took responsibilty for causing her accident because they didn't pick up stuff, also if they refuse to hire her back when she recover's this is also agaisnt the law she can sue them. Because the accident was there fault I could careless @ global but I am still angered @ them for the way they treated my mother. My mother was hired @ 3 job's sense global, they didn't fire her. They started there crap like all her other job's so she just quit them. Nobody should put up anything from there co-worker's why can't they leave my mother alone & let her do her job. My, mother talked to other nurses they say they can't hold job' either because of this mess they hold like 10 or more job's during there career's because of there co-worker's or employer's.

Its easy for you to sit & critize my report you already have a job. So it is easy for you to critize my report & tell me I am wrong.

Charles - you need to look up the term "slander" and "defamation" because you are using them wrong. There is no huge conspiracy against your mother, so I am sure there were other reasons for her to be fired. However if you truly feel she was terminated unlawfully you can contact a lawyer. I would advise you stop writing these posts because they can be deemed harassment in a court of law. You should also look up your state's employment laws. I live in Maryland where all employment is "at-will" which means I can quit my job for any reason and they can let me go for any reason. Hope this helps. I think you should concentrate on your truck driving career instead of this vendetta against your mother's former employer.

I, hope global does sue me & my mother I, would love to have publictly from this, this will prove how global lied & defamated my mothers character & wrongfully terminated her. This, witness was not credible global had him lie why didn't they have the other 3 employees testifie agaisnt my mother if she was acting like this, she wasn't even working to or @ the place of employment which they falsely made a statement stating she was @. Global, said nothing but lies & treated her like garbage this is why in the nursing feild they could find nobody to work for them, this would be globals punishment nobody will work for them if they keep treating people this way word will get around! about how global treats people why would anyone wanna work for such a corrupt agencie like global!. Patrick, I am far from worried or scared about some defamation lawsuit because i have done nothing wrong my mother wasn't even working! or @ the job, or getting paid you wanna talk about defamation global has defamated & slandered my mother, wrongful terminantion. Geez Charles, how many of these reports are you going to file? SStop abusing the system and just continue posting to the ORIGINAL report. Any lawyer worth his salt could use these multiple reports to file a defamation lawsuit against you and your mother. You guys need to move up into the mountains somewhere completely away from society. You obviously can't get along with people. So far, you have reports about: Global Personal, EEOC, Schneider, Tom McKeever, HG Mann, State Farm, Prepaid Legal, the drivers of Columbus Georgia, and the list goes on and on (I'm sure I missed a few).
