Global Replica, globalreplica.com Received wrong inferior watch New York City, New York
I ordred a Replica Rolex from Global Replica.com and received it just a few weeks ago. It turned out to the be incorrect watch. The one I ordered was to be solid Gold Tone Model # D0019 and the one I received was two tone (silver & gold). I''ve made over 50 calls to this company at their order number which is 1 312 401-1903 and was either hung up on or cursed at. I was even given a customer service number where no one ever answers the phone. This is a $675.00 expense to which I thought I was getting what I paid for, a replica watch with geniune Swiss movement. Unfortunately, it is a cheap 2 tone (gold and Silver) that has a Japenese movement.
I've attempted to call the company as I mentioned before to only have a someone at the other end make cursed remarks about me or my family. They have even used vulgar remarks about my wife and son.
I further tried to call the business number they provided which is a different area code only to get a recording each time. That number is 1 212 844-9202.
Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

What I expected from Global Replica was exactly what they advertised, nothing more, nothing less. I did know that it was a replica and didn't expect to get the real thing. However, they advertised that it was a soldid gold tone watch with a Swiss movement and that it contained all the same markings as an original Rolex. Neither is the case.
I will never use this company again and do my best to advise my friends and associates not to use them either.

You're doing business with people who are selling illegal counterfeits. By definition they are crooks. Doesn't it seem a bit naive to expect them to deal fairly with you?
