purchased two watches 1900.00 for the two they have a 2 year warranty. Within 1 month ladys date just is not waterproof in a pool. Contacted them and they said a new one is on the way. (LIE) to date have not recieved anything. When you call and start to explain they just hang up on you. Return the call it goes to a full voice mail box. New York thieves suprise surprise. I probally knew this going in but now it is principle. I would like to become a pain in their a@*.

I understand what your saying, even though there are a hand full of a**holes who think it's funny that you are trying to get a product "as advertised" and received junk, the point of ripoff report is to find help, not receive critisism from jerks. just have some friends order watches from them, then when they come overnight delivery don't except. then Global gets stuck with cost. if you want a good AAA quality watch go to Idolreplicas.com I have bought several watches from them, they send exactly what they advertise, I promise. I hope this HELPS which is the purpose of this site, not to BASH.

You paid $1,900 for two imitation watches? Did you actually think they were gonna preform as well as the real thing? There ain't no such thing as "waterproof". The FTC made companies stop using that term years ago. It's now "water resistant' and it's not permanent state. They're selling illegal watches for goodness sake. Why would you expect them to be stand up guys? They're ripping off rolex, why not you? Your best bet is to buy a timex or casio for the pool and keep the imitation in the drawer and wear it only when you go out and try and impress whoever you're trying to impress. Otherwise, the cheap gold plating is just gonna wear off or it's gonna leak like a sieve, in the water.
