Caveat emptor is Latin for "Let the buyer beware". Rip-off report is truly a blessing for consumers. I was prepared to do business with this one man outfit until I came across warnings written in Rip-off reports.

Consumerwatch Los Angeles, California is quite on point. I originally believed that competitors were bashing Global Software ,gscsc.net/ RICHARD GODDEAU. Research changed my opinion. If someone cares to follow my thought process, all that is necessary is to visit other so called corporate credit builders and you will note that his site is pure copy and paste from others.

He does not answer calls, claiming that his telephone lines are "swamped with calls". If, so, they're probably calls from angry customers or duped "affiliates". And, supposedly , he is adding more lines in order to return calls faster.

BTW the only way to reach him is in writing. It is apparent that he sits at home (NY?) and navigates corporate credit builders web sites to copy and paste from them.

Why the Attorney Generals (NY or NV) have not looked into his practices is beyond me. I am not a competitor, just an impartial observer. I am disappointed that he is not legit, but I will get over it because I did not do send him any money! Make sure you don't not unless you are 110% convinced of his legitimacy. Visit his office (NY or is it in NV?). Meet him in person. Can he produce any proof that his services work? Ask him reasonable questions prior to sending him any money.

Remember all, research is the key, make informed decisions before sending your hard earned money to anyone though the internet. Look, in High School, I learned in Latin classes the meaning of caveat emptor. Later on, my parents stressed "if it seems to good to be true..." Thanks to all who took the time to write in on this potential financial rip-off, you helped me make an educated decision. And thanks Rip-Off, you are always my first stop before I engage in any financial matters.

I want you guys to know that I am sorry for pounding you on this site. I was vouching for a guy that muddied up my name and I don't want this to happen to anyone else. Richard never came through on any of the corps we ordered and I'm sorry to everyone for my rude and arrogant comments about this punk. I'm sorry you guys...that's all I can say.

Again,I am a consumer who wants to share my logic with others. I do believe that the rebuttals I just read are from one person, not several. In any event, what do you believe is unclear about my comments? Let me make myself clear: I am saying do you and can you document when you have produced $200,000.00 in business lines of credit for clients through your corporate lease to purchase program and then increases up and over $400,000.00 in another 14 days? If so, then I am handing you a fabulous forum to get more clients. If not, stop claiming that you can! There are too many who don't know about this site, or I am certain that we would see more comments about your operation. I do believe that the FTC or AG Offices should investigate all such sites. Here's what I find interesting: 1.You did not address the fact that your site copies and pastes from other so called "business credit sites". Maybe not illegal if not copyrighted; but not very original. 2. Your claim (sorry, I meant the "truly objective" guy's comment): "I can count around 20 companies off the top of my head that do the exact thing." So? What sort of comment is that? First of all, name the 20 companies. And if I were a competitor, then I would probably be counted in one of those 20, right? I don't approve of those sites either! I am clearly stating that anyone would be naive to send you money without investigating how you conduct yourself. BTW, I did not lose money with you, so why would you call me a LOSER? 3.What do you find wrong with the following statement? "Make sure you don't (send money) unless you are 110% convinced of his legitimacy." Visit his office (NY or is it a cubicle in NV?). "Meet him in person. Can he produce any proof that his services work? Ask him reasonable questions prior to sending him any money." As far as readers know, you are the same writer claiming to be this "truly objective guy" and the "ex-employee". Stop attempting to insult our intelligence. You ask for up-front cash, why? Oops, I forget...because "others do". I bet that will be your answer. I urge all to not be foolish and not send hard earned dollars to anyone who asks for ridiculous sums up-front, that is, to a perfect stranger sitting in front of a computer. 4. Last point, because I better get back to my life: Do you copy and paste from other sites as well? Oh right, it's ok because you "can count around 20 companies off the top of my head (which head, buddy?) that do the exact thing." Again, I am grateful to Ripe-Off Report for presenting this consumer outlet. Ciao, Richard. Thankfultou duluth, Georgia U.S.A. ieve

for the record, as we all know that you are a competitor of Richard, let me just put this out there. I had a meeting with him, in person the other day and paid him for a group of corps, since then, he has answered every email and responded to every phone call I've placed to him. what is it with people like you? don't you have anything better to do? GET A LIFE LOSER!!!!!!

Always someone out there that is jealous

It is very clear that in all due respect that this must be another person with jealous bones, nothing better to do than call someone at their office, not leave messages, or do this repeatedly. When people do not leave messages, or return phone numbers, or that simply hang up all the time, we are not going to call them back, as they were not courteous enough to leave a message. This also sounds like another one of those resellers of similar programs, that probably is worried that their business is losing money. How many times that people often come out here write reports on people without legitimate claims, and they get published. How often that these same people will put others up to it as well, and still the same thing happens, using multiple accounts and logons through this system. People get jealous all the time, because perhaps they are too lazy to work hard, put in the hours needed to run a successful business, and have nothing else better to do than try to make others miserable. When people call, leave messages, or emails, they are answered. If they do like so many out there do, call, and simply hang up without so much as a single word, I will not bother tracing them, tracking them down, or trying to speak with them, because I do not have the time to waste on these want-to-be resellers, or clients.

I'm a truly objective guy, unlike this 'competitor' above. What is it that you bought or didn't get from this guy? why is it that competitors of this guy have chosen to use ripoff report to bash him? Dude, you're a sham! all this guy richard does is sell corps and get credit lines. I can count around 20 companies off the top of my head that do the exact thing. So dude, admit it, you're a competitor and you're lying on this website because you're losing business to him. LOL get a life.
