I totally agree with Anne. I live in Georgia and have been experiencing the same problems with this ridiculous company. The employees you speak with are rude and do not want to listen to a thing you say. You are usually on hold for AT LEAST an hour and when you finally do get to speak with someone they usually will not listen to your complaint before they start trying to give you an answer. IT'S UNREAL and so frustrating. These people are in total control. They are sucking the life blood right out of the people who have loved ones incarcerated and usually from people who can't afford to have another penny taken from them. Our government should be ashamed for letting this time of thing go on. Truth be known, they too are getting a cut from the monies we have to fork out just to spend 15 mins on the phone with the people we love. I hope that someone will step up and tell us what we can do about this horrible company and if we have any ground to stand on.
