Global Tel Link does not recognize pre-paid credit shown on bill. Duluth Georgia
I saw one other report on this website where Global Tel Link will not allow call to go through, even though the monthly bill I get fro them shows a credit of $126.73. I keep having to add money on top of this to get my sons call to come through from Dayton Correctional Institute. Last month they said this would be corrected this month, it has not! I know the law firm I normally do business with probably would not initiate a class action suit, they downplay everything. But if there ever was a company that needed to be sued it is Global Tel Link!! I am sure there are many more people who had their services moved from MCI to Global Tel Link and have had to put up with this problem, along with the echoes from the tape machine at the Global Tel Link customer service office, and the rude people there. They seem to be some rinky dink outfit. How is it that som many correctional institutes have turned their service over to them? Did somebody buy somebody a lot of martinis? When I tried Better Business Bureau, if I understood it correctly the BBB website, they do not service that zip code. Is Global Tel Link so backwoods nobody can find them? I can just picture Bubba testing the connections with a hammer.
