Globalreplica.com Warning DO NOT PURCHASE A WATCH FROM GLOBAL REPLICA Internet
Purchased a watch from Global Replica on Oct 6, 2007. For faster service they prefered money orders...that should have been a warning. Any reputable company will accept credit cards unless they have had that privalege taken away due to too many chargebacks.
It took almost 2 weeks to place the order. They never answer the phone. The phone mailboxes are full and they never return phone messages. When the watch finally arrived I did not inspect the package....2nd big mistake. They sent the incorrect watch. It was too late to get my money back and I had the wrong watch. I knew it would be a long battle but I did not think it would be this bad
I have kept a log and have placed over 50 calls. On the rare occasion somebody answers the phone the repsonse ranges from angry cursing to "I will take care of it" It has been almost 3 months and they still have not sent out the correct watch. I have talked to Dave, Joe and still no luck. They are scammers so do not purchase anything from them. I run an online business and if we treated our customers this way we would have been shut down a long time ago
