I used my roadside service from GM Moter Club this weekend to get towed, I have been a member since 2009 and never had a problem untill now. I was told it would be approximatly 80 minutes for the tow truck to arrive and after several calls back to them I waited about 5 hours on the side of the freeway. I told the service department that I was a diabetic but that didnt seem to matter to them at all.

Thank goodness I had glucose tablets or I would have went into diabetic coma. When the tow truck finally got there the man was rude and didnt want to give me his name or business card, it was Assurance Roadside and Towing out of Seattle WA. I have tried twice now to put in a complaint and both times I have been told someone would follow up, but still after 5 days I have yet to speak to a superviser. And I had to pay over $100.00! I do plan to cancel there service and am very dis-satified and would not recomend their services!!!!
