If you contacted us and received the return authorization number for your initial order your autoship account should've been cancelled at that time. We apologize that this wasn't taken care of when your initial call was made. Without being able to view your account we can only guess based on your statement that this is what transpired. Should this have been the case again we do offer our apologies this would be completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, if you have submitted a dispute with your credit card company this issue would need to be resolved through them.
