After sending several emails to cancel your order did you receive a response from our company? We reply to all emails that are received and would've confirmed cancellation of your autoship with a cancellation number. We also provide our telephone number where we can be reached seven days a week. Had we been unable to cancel your trial order this would've been expressed to you as well and a return authorization number would've been issued to send back the trial shipment. We understand that you are upset with being billed for an order you believed you had cancelled, however it appears no attempt was made to call our company to allow us to rectify the situation. It is unacceptable to be billed for an order that is not receivedour company would make every effort to assist you with obtaining a refund. Our return policy for autoships remains the same they have always been eligible for an exchange credit of 150% of the product value. In reading your statement you were billed $49.95 which is the cost of the initial trial order if kept past the 21 day trial period rather than a charge for an autoship order. Directly cut/paste from their website.... you may want to call them instead of just emailing.
