After further reviewing the acts and omissions of Global Nutrition Sciences, Inc. and the terms and conditions of its online campaign for Slim Seduction, I immediately cancelled my Order for a free 21 day sample of SLIM SEDUCTION, via their website, by authorizing charge of $3.97 to my credit card for shipping of the sample Order.

After notifying GNS via several emails to cancel trial shipment, and for sure do not send any monthly shipments for $49.95, GNS continues to charge my credit card and does not even send product (which is junk). SLIM SEDUCTION is a company owned and operated fraudulently by Josh Bezoni- ripping people off via continuing charges to people's credit cards- and then being written up in magazine as a successful business man who worked hard to become a success!

I recommend you do not accept this theft- and take time to notfy and file complaints against Josh Bezoni individually and these companies and initiate formal complaints against Global Nutrition Sciences, Inc., and its officers, directors and shareholders with the Attorneys General Offices in and for your state of residence and Colorado, the US Postal Inspectors for mail fraud, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation for wire fraud in committing these thefts- on an enterprise basis which is a violation of the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organnnizations Act, and for their violations of the applicable state and federal deceptive trade practices acts and fraud. You should also find a lawyer to file a class action suit.

This Company and Josh are smiling going to the bank everyday to deposit the money they are stealing because the authorities have not arrested them yet! Let's help get Josh some free room and board in prison instead!

After sending several emails to cancel your order did you receive a response from our company? We reply to all emails that are received and would've confirmed cancellation of your autoship with a cancellation number. We also provide our telephone number where we can be reached seven days a week. Had we been unable to cancel your trial order this would've been expressed to you as well and a return authorization number would've been issued to send back the trial shipment. We understand that you are upset with being billed for an order you believed you had cancelled, however it appears no attempt was made to call our company to allow us to rectify the situation. It is unacceptable to be billed for an order that is not receivedour company would make every effort to assist you with obtaining a refund. Our return policy for autoships remains the same they have always been eligible for an exchange credit of 150% of the product value. In reading your statement you were billed $49.95 which is the cost of the initial trial order if kept past the 21 day trial period rather than a charge for an autoship order. Directly cut/paste from their website.... you may want to call them instead of just emailing.
