In the terms and conditions of the offer we explain that you can try this product out for 21 days, if you are unsatisfied with the product for any reason you can call us to return the unused portion of your products. If we receive the trial order returned to us within the 21 day trial period you are not billed for them. If you keep the products past the 21 days then you are charged $79.90 for the two bottles kept. Additionally, we do provide you with another 9 days after the trial period ends in which you can still return your trial products for a refund. This offer is not advertised as a free sample for just $3.97. We are not connected with Pure Acai Berry Pro, you would have to contact that company in regard to the order placed with them. Regarding the order you placed with us, we print on the outside of our packages not to refuse or send them back return to sender' this is to avoid shipments from not being received back at our warehouse, this can compromise a refund for order if they are not received returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
