I understand that you are upset that you could not have your order cancelled out that you did not receive. When you called and discussed this with a supervisor they were able to see in your account that your trial order had been shipped out. Once an order is shipped out we are not able to offer a refund for the shipping and handling charge this fee to cover the cost of sending your order out to you. Additionally, if an order is not received by our customer we are required to reship this order to our customers and we do extend the 30 day money back guarantee for their order. This would allow you the ability to still try out the product and if unsatisfied you could return your shipment to us to be reimbursed. You would still be responsible for return shipping to send back your shipment, had you received the initial shipment you would've had to pay return shipping for that shipment so we are not asking you to assume any additional responsibility for this order that we reship.
