I talked to this company today about a chrg they had put on my acct of $79.90. A while back I had responded to a "trial offer" they had for Slim Seduction. I never received the product & told them that.

They told me that, in order to credit my acct they had to reship the "offer" & then I had to turn around & send it back to them, with me paying the return shp'g fees. I told the suprvsr, Calvin, that that was unfair & ridiculous. I asked him to just credit my acct for the shp'g chgs & the $79.90. He said that was against their company policies. They NEVER refunded shp'g/hdl'g chgs. I informed him that I was NOT paying return chgs since I no longer want the product. Since I had not received it, I found something else instead.

Anyway, we went round & around for like this for several minutes & finally I really lost my temper. I have been dealing w/a lot of "jackasses" like this lately & am just really fed up. I have been on the phone w/my banker at least twice lately straightening this kind of thing out. He told me that they deal w/these all day long, everyday.

I finally got so angry that I just hung up on the guy. It maybe childish, but I was about ready to reach thru the phone & strangle him. Truthfully I seriously doubt that they ever shp'd the product to began with. I certainly do not have any problem receiving things from other companies. He said the fault lay w/the post office, which in this case I really doubt. My postman knows me so well, he leaves Milkbones on top of my mailbox for my dog.

I understand that you are upset that you could not have your order cancelled out that you did not receive. When you called and discussed this with a supervisor they were able to see in your account that your trial order had been shipped out. Once an order is shipped out we are not able to offer a refund for the shipping and handling charge this fee to cover the cost of sending your order out to you. Additionally, if an order is not received by our customer we are required to reship this order to our customers and we do extend the 30 day money back guarantee for their order. This would allow you the ability to still try out the product and if unsatisfied you could return your shipment to us to be reimbursed. You would still be responsible for return shipping to send back your shipment, had you received the initial shipment you would've had to pay return shipping for that shipment so we are not asking you to assume any additional responsibility for this order that we reship. If you still haven't received your shipment, please contact customer service at 1-800-595-4670 to resolve your account. We will be happy to assist you in any way that we can. Thank you, Maria
