When customers contact us we can pull up their account information either by their order number, name, email address, or as a last resort by their credit card number. If we cannot locate an account by either method most likely the order was not placed with us. We provide an order invoice inside all shipments sent. Additionally, we provide an order number in your email confirmation which is sent to the email address provided when the order was placed. Please check to see if you have the order number included with your shipment. Also on your bank statement next to the charges made you can find a telephone number to contact the company those charges are with. If these charges were made by our company it would be helpful to have the order number ready so we can quickly access your account to assist you. Thank you, Maria
