Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

My wife and I were looking to purchase a business. We found Biz 2 Capital and were informed that they help secure business loans for new business as well as purchasing business. We were told that credit repair was part of the deal when working withthe company and was included in the fee of $2000. We were also told that the company would write a loan request document and help develop a business plan to submite with our loan application. This process was started with Steve Madsen.

Everything seemed to start off well. We were working with the law firm to clean up our credit. this process took six months and seemed to be doing good. Our credit score seemed to be going up. After about six months of so called credit repair I reached out to Steve to see when would the company start to work on securing a business loan. Steve said he would contact the under writer so the process could start.

I was put in contact with Derick Faller. He seemed to be nice and interested in getting us a loan. he would request bank statements tax return information and asked us to fill out an application for a lender. At this time we had purchased the business that we were seeking a loan for. WE were still looking for a loan so we would have capital to back up. Derick also asked for 3 months of bank statements for the business. We provided these. The application draged out and it was time for 3 more months of bank statements along with merchant account statements. This process continued for another year as we had been declined for a loan due to credit rating aand due to business income. Yes we were declined for credit rating after credit repair was preformed. So much for the repair.

At the end of 2014 I requested a refund and was told by Derick that he need a letter from one of the banks that declined us. The funny part is we never received a letter stating so nor that we had applied for a loan. The only way we knew we were declinded was from Derick informing us. We informed Derick that there in no decline letters and he was the only one to inform us.

Derick talks us into trying another bank. We go through the process of sending bank statements along with merchant statements and we are declined again. We as for our refund. Derick states the refund process has started and he need letters stating we have been declined. Once again we inform him no letters were sent out or received. He was the only one to inform us we were declined via email or by phone call.

We request for a manager and are informed CJ Tatum is handling our refund request. We have never received an email stating what is taking place with the refund from this CJ. We have sent out several emails in the past 2 months requesting our refund and have yet to receive a reply.

Do not do business with this company!

Looking to see what other steps we can take to get our money back.

Below you we see the great reply I have received from CJ. This is Cj's first reply to me with handling my complaint and refund. My understanding he/she works in the refund department. I have sent several emails out trying to get my refund processed and CJ has been attached to each one. The only reply I would recieve was from Derick stating I need a decline letter from one of the five banks we were declined form form. Keep in mind Dercik via email confirmed being declined from four other banks.

Yes you see I have been in this process of trying to abtain a loan with this company. I guess confilicting information is going from purchasing a loan to securing captial for the business we bought with out a loan from them. I guess showing a business owning another business and giving both bank account statements is conflicting. Maybe it is the fact the merchant statements backed one of the bank accounts was causing conflict.

Stay away from this company and these people. Remember they were caller biz2capital before. I am sure they will change the name soon.

David,

I have received your multiple emails. You do realize asking for a refund 2 years after the fact is completely ridiculous. If you came to us looking for a business loan, and your FICO score was in the 500's..... obviously that was going to take some time to address. When we started working on placement you sent back conflicting information that didn't match. ex: bank statements not matching that information on the applications etc. Additionally you didn't return the any denial letters that are demanded in the event of a denial. You initially came through this process looking for a business acquisition loan, or some kind of start up loan. If you do not attack the FICO demand for those loans..... you are always going to get declined regards of other variables that you bring to the table.

Under the terms entered your file does not qualify for any refund. This matter is now closed. Sending multiple emails and trying to force a square peg through a round hole isn't going to change the outcome of this specific situation.

Regards,

CJ Tatum    Go2Capital
