It starts with a phony Contractors Referral Agency - Home Owners Direct
This is nothing but a call center located at 3151 Cahuenga blvd. in Los Angeles which telemarkets home improvements and falsely presents itself as a contractors referral agency but in fact is owned by OFER FARKASH of SAHL Builders.
Their Website is called LocalRemodeling.com., which is just a set-up. If you type in LocalRemodeling.com in your computer you get Home Owners Direct. It looks like a Contractors referral company. In Reality Its not , its the call center. It is owned and operated by OFER Farkash. Their site shows them as members of A Kitchen and Bath Association. Impossible. Also, Referral companies do not offer Financing or Credit Cards. Their sites show this. You call their Telephone number and you reach one of their Telemarketers who will pretend to refer a contractor in the network.
