Go Southern MD Abusive, Rude, noncooperative, broken promises Tempe, Arizona
Similar to those stories already shared on this site (and many others), I too, have experienced the highly unprofessional, rude, arrogant and "attempted" intimidation by telephone of Robert Remitz.
This company cannot be trusted and neither can Robert Remitz. I have been battling with them since November 2010 and have been the recipient of many broken promises and to this day (April 2011) no refund for equipment NOT used.
It is my guess, that the number of people who have ordered equipment from this company and have not been reimbursed from them, for equipment SUBSTITUTED, not used and RETURNED is providing a great income for Robert.
I am certain, that many seniors and physically challenged individuals haven fallen prey to this type of unethical business practice of this company, regardless of excuses and fabricated scenarios of reason.
This is just incredibly unacceptable on so many levels for so many reasons.
