Godaddy advertsises 99.9% uptime but that is a blatant LIE! My server crashed unexpectedly and everything stopped working. It was down for 19 hours, and their support was of NO use. I had to wait till the next morning, I tried to use the live chat but they disconnectedme. I then called and wasted another hour of my time trying to figure the issue out. It has been 4 DAYS and not a single solution has been reached. I even told them I would file a lawsuit but they don't care because they must believe they are too big. Well unfortunatley they are stuck in some sort of lala land. They advertsie the best services but in reality their services suck.
I run a website and application development company and having my website down for this long means my business can not function. Luckily I was able to find a 10x more reliable company and we partnered with them so I ended redirecting my domain (www.bestappdevelopmentusa.com) to our new webstie and server. This company falsely advertises and offers terrible support. I am glad I am working with this new company as they were able to help me figure out my issues and even partnered with us to help us provide our customers the same great service they offer us. You see the ads for godaddy? RUN they lure you in with false pricing and claims and then screw you over every chance they get. I have lost well over $17,000 because of their imcompetence and they just don't care.
